Position Summary:
The Board of Directors seeks a spiritually mature, missionally aligned, and relationally gifted Head of School to lead Christ Covenant into its next season of growth and flourishing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of classical Christian education, a proven ability to shepherd and develop faculty, and a joyful commitment to leading with humility and vision.

Key Qualifications:

A deep, personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with CCS’s Statement of Faith

Proven leadership experience in a classical or Christian school context

Strong strategic, organizational, and team-building skills

Ability to communicate CCS’s mission compellingly to a range of audiences

Relational strength with faculty, families, and students

Experience with faculty development, school culture, and classical pedagogy
