The Fall Retreat features two strands of learning, geared toward both academic leaders and faculty and heads of school and administrators. For three days these two groups enjoy both time together and also focused time in their own groups.

Arete Group
The Arete group is a gathering of heads of school, academic leaders, and administrators who want to grow as leaders. Significant time is spent in small working groups and case study sessions with practical application of leadership best practices.

Alcuin Group
The Alcuin group is a gathering of faculty and academic leaders who enjoy deep discussions of the philosophy of classical Christian education.
