Westminster Academy is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to the Head of Upper School. This position will primarily support the Head of Upper School with duties as assigned, keeping the Upper School calendar, the Upper School schedule, working with the student database, providing teachers with necessary items to perform their jobs, communicating with teachers and parents any US information. The assistant will serve as the first point-of-contact for the Upper School office. The ideal candidate will be extremely tech savvy, enthusiastic about classical Christian education, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. The Administrative Assistant to the Head of Upper School plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the Upper School. This position requires a professional and humble approach to all matters related to the office and must be held by someone who is capable of multi-tasking and dealing with people with tact, patience, and grace. In the execution of all of these duties, the Assistant to the Head of Upper School must maintain confidentiality of personal information and any issues being addressed by school administrators.
