Director of Advancement

The Wilberforce School, a classical Christian school, seeks a strategic and collaborative Director of Advancement to lead all aspects of development, alumni relations, marketing and communications, and to oversee admissions and enrollment. Reporting to the Head of School, the Director will oversee fundraising initiatives including cultivating and stewarding relationships with donors, alumni, and community partners and management of the donor database, reporting, and gift acknowledgment processes. This role also manages the school’s brand, marketing strategy, and community engagement efforts, playing a key role in advancing the mission and long-term sustainability of the school.
