Elizabeth Perkins
The One-Size-Fits-All Admission Policy …And Other Myths
Session Description:
Drawing from experience leading the SCL Marketing and Admission cohort for the past two years, this session will guide you through the development and implementation of a robust admission policy. While not every school will adopt identical admission policies or processes, it is essential that all schools formalize their policies, ensuring transparency and alignment with overarching educational objectives. This interactive session will provide you with a comprehensive framework for crafting admission policies that reflect your school’s values, mission, and educational philosophy. Furthermore, the workshop will focus on strategies to garner leadership buy-in and support for the proposed admission policies. Ultimately, we want to support classical schools in maintaining fair admission processes, enhancing the educational journey for everyone involved.
