Upper School Head

Covenant Classical School is seeking an Upper School Head for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be a godly, relational, and experienced administrator who understands and champions classical Christian education. He or she should be called as a shepherd, and his or her leadership of our close-knit faculty should be marked by wisdom and warmth. We seek the rare combination of a person who is organized and administratively gifted, yet can inspire vision and bring clarity with effective communication. The Upper School Head will be a member of a thriving Executive Administrative team and should enjoy the challenge, rapport, and reward of collaborative work. Preference will be given to those who hold a master’s degree, as well as to those who have understanding of and experience in Christian, classical schools.
