Description

This individual will conduct the Scots Orchestra (beginner string orchestra), including bi-weekly rehearsals before school (7:15-8:15), five annual concerts, and participation in music program administration with other music teachers. This individual will assist with leadership of the Summer Strings Serenade camp in July.  This individual has the option to offer other musical camps through the Rockbridge Academy Discover Summer program which would be compensated separately. Training and experience in conducting is desired. Compensation will vary based upon experience and qualifications but the range of compensation will begin at $6,000.  Employee benefits will include a 10% tuition remission for the two oldest children enrolled at the school.
