Grammar School Teachers

BCA is looking for Teachers in the following grades: TK, Second, and Sixth grades for the 2025-2026 school year.  We are looking for educators who are passionate about teaching and discipling students in accordance with our school's mission and vision. The ideal candidate will:

• Be a committed Christian who aligns with our statement of faith.
• Have experience in elementary education, preferably in a classical Christian school setting.
• Be familiar with or eager to learn classical pedagogy, including Shurley Grammar, IEW, Singapore Math, and SWR.
• Cultivate a joyful and disciplined learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to foster a thriving school community.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching experience in an elementary classroom.
• Understanding of and commitment to classical Christian education.
