Fine Arts Director

Fine Arts Director. Rockbridge Academy is seeking candidates for a Fine Arts Director
for the 2025-2026 academic year. The position is responsible for taking a leadership role
in shaping, managing, and coordinating the school’s music, orchestral, fine, and
performing arts programs. The ideal candidate will possess a love and skill for the arts,
performance, a love for the discipleship of children, and a passion for biblical standards of
beauty, truth, and goodness. While he or she may have background in a particular artistic
field, the ideal candidate will be adept in maintaining student standards across artistic
fields, while being a collaborative leader of talented faculty. A bachelor’s degree in the
fine arts or the liberal arts is the preferred minimum educational requirement for this
position. Pay range: $50,000-$60,000 with supplemental compensation options.
