Part-time time (estimated 10 hr/wk) with generally flexible hours. Much of the work can be accomplished from home but that will vary depending on the specific need.

The purpose of this role is to help make for a successful Capital Campaign through the coordination and implementation of various events through 2024.


  • Be an active participant in the CC staff leadership team, meeting together as needed to pray, plan, and execute our CC strategy and events
  • Coordinate small donor events and milestone celebration events. This includes:
    • Scheduling, securing the venue
    • Event set-up and clean-up
    • Participate in the planning of event purpose, attendees, flow. Ensure things go as well as possible
    • Coordinate invitations, accept rsvp’s
    • Help solicit and coordinate event volunteers
    • Keep event statistics such as place, costs, who responded and attended


  • A follower of Jesus Christ and personal agreement with our Statement of Faith and lifestyle agreement
  • Event planning experience
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and take initiative
  • Friendly, conscientious, and professional demeanor; teachable spirit
  • Personal enthusiasm, creativity, optimism, and sense of humor
