Description
POSITION: Campus Registrar/ Rhetoric School (9th - 12th)
REPORTS TO: Head of Upper School
DUTY DAYS: 12 Months
EMPLOYEE STATUS: Exempt
HOURS: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Salary Range : $35k - $50k
Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree requiredÂ
- Proficient in applied technology (Word, Excel, ASCENDER, etc.)Â
- Proficient in general office management and proceduresÂ
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions and work collaborativelyÂ
- Must have a high level of integrity regarding student recordsÂ
- Regular and reliable attendance is essentialÂ
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Register all 9-12 Grade students in Ascender
- Collect Required Documents for Registration in SchoolMINT
- Maintain 9-12 student records under the direction of the College and Career CounselorÂ
- Collect endorsement forms from 8-11 grade students
- Input all 9-12 grade schedules into AscenderÂ
- Run 9-12 grade progress reports and report cards
- Assist College and Career Counselors with all 9-12 graduation plansÂ
- Imput summer school & credit by exam credits into Ascender
- Assist Head of School and College and Career Counselors with creating the 9-12 master schedule
- Prepare student withdrawal paperworkÂ
- Assist families who walk in with registration paperwork and questionsÂ
- Create, maintain and enter coding for at risk studentsÂ
- Create and maintain current waitlist for the 9th-12th gradesÂ
- Provide parents information from the ASCENDER parent portalÂ
- Inform ELS Coordinator of known incoming ESL/LEP Students (email electronic copies of student file)Â
- Provide new student information to the technology department using SYSDID.
