Description
Trinity Christian Academy of Lexington, Kentucky, is seeking an experienced Athletic Director to
spearhead and shepherd our growing athletics program. The Athletic Director will be responsible for
organizing the school athletic programs by implementing the policies and guidelines established by the
Athletic Committee. Such responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
● obtaining and equipping coaches for each team
● assuring that coaches and athletes abide by the regulations as outlined in the athletic handbook
● securing and preparing practice and game venues
● preparing game schedules
● maintaining and operating the concessions stand, home game gate, and Coca-Cola
contract/machines
● assuring that proceeds from game admissions and concession sales are accurately recorded and
collected
● maintaining the athletic budget
● representing Trinity Christian Academy within the Kentucky High School Athletic Association and
other leagues as needed
● promoting Trinity sports within the school, the community, and the state
Successful applicants will possess a solid Christian faith and will be excited about working within a
dynamic school environment.
