Polk (and family), First United Methodist Church. The school hopes to open an additional classroom building on the main campus to bring the Rhetoric school back home in school year 2024-2025.
Agathos has over 70 Alumni who have ventured into a variety of fields of study and vocations from nursing, engineering, architecture to cosmetology, chemistry, teaching Biology, pre-med, computer science, physics, classics, environmental conservation, counseling, archaeology, real estate, and other fields.
In 2019, the Agathos Mock Trial Team, by God's grace, won a National Championship at the Athens, GA national competition after winning back-to-back TN state titles.
Some of the major influences upon the founding of Agathos Classical School were Regents School of Austin (TX), Regents of Oxford (MS), Logos Academy (Moscow, ID). The school believes that a class size of 15-17 is the ideal size for carrying out its classical liberal arts program.
