The classical Christian movement is an idea whose time has come.
Last week, we assembled an incredibly talented and credentialed group of national leaders in Winter Park, Florida at the Alfond Inn! The purpose was to share a bold, compelling vision to exponentially grow the classical Christian movement. It was an opportunity to hear feedback and wisdom from entrepreneurs, foundations, donors, investors, scholars, and executives from around the country.
The conversation and fellowship was rich and encouraging. To truly grow a movement will require a dense network of key leaders such as this, who can galvanize and execute. We heard incredible insights from some of our best classical Christian school leaders as well as strong education reformers, such as former Governor Jeb Bush.
SCL wants to ensure that the beauty and benefits of a classical Christian education are accessible to a MUCH broader group of families and students than it has thus far. We will soon be releasing more about our new project and strategic plan. Until then, we hope to see you at the upcoming East Coast or West Coast Symposium and our Summer Conference featuring John Piper!
