Cancellation/Refund Policy: Membership fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Summer Conference Registration fees are transferable. Requests for 2010 Summer Conference registration fee refunds will be honored if a written notification is received on or before May 22, 2010. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all Summer Conference registration fee refunds. After May 22, 2010, Summer Conference registrations are transferable but non-refundable. Select the conference for which you would like to register and enter the total number of registrants. If you need to register for more than one conference, you must complete separate transactions for each conference.
